What does Saucy Bird sell?
We make five core sauces and four rubs and seasonings in Vancouver. Shop individual products, sets and current releases in our online store.
Where are you based?
Our production base is The Skript Kitchen in Olympic Village, Vancouver. Please contact us before visiting or collecting an order. Do not use our former pickup addresses or service hours.
How do I buy?
Order sauces and rubs through this website or visit a shop in our stockist directory. Shipping options, availability and charges are shown at checkout.
Can I collect an order?
Please arrange any collection directly with us first and follow the instructions confirmed for your order. Our production location is not an advertised walk-in restaurant counter.
What is happening with chicken strips?
Frozen gluten-free chicken strips are in development and are not available to order here yet. Earlier chicken-strip menus and Uber Eats hours are not current ordering information. Visit our chicken updates page or contact us for current enquiries.
Are the sauces and rubs gluten-free?
Yes, our core sauces and rubs are gluten-free. Ingredients, other allergens and storage requirements vary by product. Read the current label and contact us before ordering with any specific dietary questions.
How big are the bottles and jars?
Core sauces are 355 mL. Core rubs and seasonings are 227 g. Limited releases and sets are described on their own product pages.
What are the current prices?
Core rubs and four core sauces are CA$15.99 each. Full Frontal coffee hot sauce is CA$17.99. Check product pages for current set and membership pricing.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Retailers can order through Faire or contact us about direct wholesale. Hospitality and distributor enquiries are welcome. See our wholesale page.
What is the Society?
The Society is our membership and recurring sauce-and-rub offering, separate from the permanent Sauce Ledger number. See the Society for current tiers, inclusions and subscription terms.
How do I get help with an order?
Email seamus@eatsaucybird.com with your order number and the details. For a product issue, include the product name and lot code where available.
