Overview
Saucy Bird, operated by Made by Hands Sauce Inc., sells sauces, rubs and seasonings, sets, merchandise, memberships where offered, and wholesale or hospitality products and services. Product availability and sales channels may change over time.
Frozen Saucy Bird chicken strips are currently in development and are not available for purchase through this site unless and until a current product listing says otherwise.
Ordering & Fulfillment
Current prices, product availability, shipping options, and any collection instructions are shown on the relevant product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation.
Any order collection must be arranged in advance. Our production location is not an advertised walk-in restaurant counter.
Wholesale, hospitality, distributor, and Faire orders may have separate minimums, freight, payment, and fulfillment terms confirmed for that channel or account.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Website purchases may be processed through Shopify Payments and its payment partners. Faire orders are governed by the payment terms shown in the buyer's Faire account. Direct wholesale or hospitality orders may use approved invoicing or payment methods communicated with the order.
Saucy Bird does not store full payment-card details.
Refunds, Returns & Order Issues
Refund or return eligibility is governed by the policy and terms displayed at the time of purchase and by applicable law. Consumable products may have different return limitations from non-food merchandise.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or has a product-quality issue, contact us promptly with your order number and, where relevant, the product name and lot code so we can review it.
Allergens & Dietary Information
Our current core sauces and rubs are gluten-free. Ingredients, allergens, storage instructions, and dietary information are product-specific and may change when a formula or product changes.
Always read the current product label before use. Products may contain allergens including, depending on the product, milk, mustard, sesame, sulphites, or other ingredients identified on the label. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific dietary or allergen question.
Accuracy & Availability
We work to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, stockist information, and other site content accurate. Products, pricing, retailers, releases, and availability may change without notice. The current product page, checkout, order confirmation, and product label govern where information differs from older marketing material.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Saucy Bird branding, original site content, product names, images, recipes, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Made by Hands Sauce Inc. Unauthorized commercial use or reproduction is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saucy Bird and Made by Hands Sauce Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
