Ordering & Pickup (Food)

Orders are prepared fresh, made to order

Responsibility for food transfers to you at pickup
Missed pickups or late arrivals may result in quality loss. We are not responsible once food leaves our care.
Payments (Locked & Accurate)
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers:

Toast for online food ordering and pickup

Shopify Payments (and its payment partners) for sauces, rubs, and merchandise
Saucy Bird does not store or have access to your full payment details.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Payment processing, refunds, and chargebacks are subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because food is prepared fresh:

No cancellations or refunds once preparation begins
Retail items (sauces, rubs, merch) follow Shopify’s standard return policies where applicable.
If something is clearly wrong, contact us. We’ll always try to make it right.
Allergens & Dietary Information
Saucy Bird operates a gluten-free kitchen, however:

Guests are responsible for determining what is appropriate for their dietary needs.
Accuracy & Availability
We strive for accuracy, but:

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, recipes, names, images, and concepts belong to Saucy Bird.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with operations, or engage in unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
Saucy Bird is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Heat levels are subjective. Heat doesn’t apologize.
