Built in 2014 and never reformulated. From Smak to Maison Simons to BRGR BRGR to Saus to Smooth Herman's to Saucy Bird — every brand changed. This sauce didn't.

Cold brew, coffee rub, espresso vinegar, blackstrap molasses, sweet chili, tamari, harissa, caraway, coriander, cumin, smoked paprika. Smoky and sweet on the surface. Something much deeper underneath.

Baste it on ribs in the last twenty minutes and let it lacquer. Marinate chicken thighs overnight, then grill them hard. Swap it for ketchup on a burger and don't look back. It's a dip that thinks it's a glaze.

The coffee keeps it deep. The molasses keeps it honest.
